WHAT'S NEW AT THE BBB

04/24/12 Update from Butches Babes and Bards.

Hello BBB members

Yes, its a lovely April day and our attitude seem to be in the right place. Schools Spring semester has started for me. Sunshine is streaming into our windows. And somewhere I hear the happy sounds of children in the pool.

At butchesbabesandbards.com we have some updates as well. This month we meet Frances' ex in Jaye Morgans Frances and Morgan story. Chapter 10 and 11 are up and ready. Frances and Morgan

My own stories are moving along with a new chapter posted to Trouble Times Ten. Check it out here Or if you need a new fix I have also posted a chapter in Homeless here

Also, AnnieSA has posted some beautiful passion-filled music videos that will knock your socks off. AnnieSA

WHAT'S NEW AT THE BBB

03/14/12 Update from Butches Babes and Bards.

Hello Spring forward people. Daylight savings hit us and we have lost that precious hour of sleep. Note, I am running on less sleep time so...here goes.

Fantastic news first: we have renewed for another year. YAY. Wowza! . Celebrating seven wonderful years of posting lesbian literature and more, we hope you have enjoyed everything we have created. The authors do love hearing from you. Thanks for the continued support.

This months update includes many new chapters by Jaye Morgan on her Frances and Morgan story. She has posted chapters 8 thru 10 and is going strong. Once I get a moment I will also post up chap 11 which she recently sent. Go Jaye.

My own stories are still in the works. Check out Trouble times ten here It is still incomplete but has 5 long, glorious chapters to read. Chapter 6 coming soon. Or check out my other stories here

November Update 2011

WHAT'S NEW

11/13/11 An update November 2011 from Butches Babes and Bards - the BBB.

The BBB is checking into your Thanksgiving timeslot to tell you Happy Turkey Day. We are excited to offer you our wonderful styling of written and video content about lesbian passion.

This month we are posting new stories and new video content. Check out AnnieSA's two new video's Heartbeat and Evacuate the Dance Floor HOT HOT HOT

Jaye Morgan has a little left over Halloween to share, her fantasy chilling repertoire once again giving us a chill, in a short story called "Over." Check it out Here. And don't miss her revised, ongoing story Frances and Morgan. She has updated she will have the next chapter shortly

JLNicky has some incomplete but growing stories that you should definitely take a look into. She is still delivering the romance and family drama, churning out chapters for Trouble Times Ten (2010), as well as some good old fashioned medical drama in Dr. Adwin (2011). You might want to also check out her take on being Homeless (2011) or a historical romance during the Seven Day War called Civil Love (2011). She is pumping out chapters between the four stories, as her muse takes her down that winding path.

Bliss has not updated but was working on a mystery story.
Cherokee is currently moving and although she would love to write on her ongoing Three Rivers Indian Territory she will have to wait until her move is complete.

On a personal note, thank you for your patience on our slow posting habits. I am personally working on my PhD, having to write on this as well as let loose my muse to play once in a while.

Butches Babes and Bards (BBB) wants to wish everyone a safe and super 4th of July. Drive sober. Stay Safe. Watch some fireworks and enjoy the holiday weekend. I've heard CherokeeEchols has started writing again. She is taking it slow and will hopefully get around to posting something this year. I am currently working on three stories. I don't like to post unless they are finished but...posting seems to make me feel obligated to finish and I keep writing. So look for some of my story updates. You also never know when AnnieSA might show up with a cool video.

The plan this year is to continue posting our videos, stories, and updates as usual. Hopefully in more quantity . I may find some time to vamp up the website a bit but no rush on that. On a personal note, thank you for your patience on my lax posting. I am trying to finish up my PhD. Testing for my comps in July. I'll be taking a trip in March to Phoenix for a colloquial and also to Dallas in June. Wish me luck!

Happy belated 4th of July, my friends.

It's been a while but I just wanted to let you know we are still moving along and updating when able.

I've added a chapter two for Trouble Times Ten

Jaye Morgan has started a new romance currently being called Frances and Morgan, although that may change as her mind wraps around the story. Chapter one is posted here F&M Chapter One

Cherokee Echols has completed chapter two of Three Rivers Indian Territory. However, she is still in beta version and has just plain refused to give me a peek. I'll continue to harass her for you and get the good posted by next month.

AnnieSA is having a wonderful year with her new wife and will be posting some new videos soon.

Bliss has been quite busy relocating and renovating so she has taken a sabbatical from writing for the moment.

What? Okay, if you insist (bossy fem). Hey everyone! I have had a few people write wanting to know where is part two of Three Rivers Indian Territory. Well you see here in Oklahoma the catfish are biting, so I've been kinda busy fishing, and I don't want to make any false promises. Besides, with stories by AnnieSA and Jaye Morgan on the site what more could you want? They are both extremely good in their perspective genres. I keep hoping that Bliss is getting settled in her retirement and will finish her murder mystery, Above Suspicion, she started. I know JLNicky has at least a dozen stories started that she should finish and post. (If you make it to the Con be sure to tell them both to get busy writing!). Okay, it's about time I head back out to the river. Oh, for all you fisherwomen out there I highly recommend Sonny's supper sticky channel cat bait. It is the best bait for cats I have ever used. I can't get it around here and have it shipped from Iowa but I have been told you can find it on the net. Good luck to you and enjoy the stories.
